An active email address.
Personal Data
The administrator of the personal data of the Store’s customers is the Seller.
All information regarding the processing of personal data of customers and other individuals using the Store's website can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Conclusion of the Sales Agreement, Customer Account
The Store allows the purchase of goods (hereinafter "Goods") and digital content or online services (hereinafter "Digital Products") displayed on the Store's website.
To place an order, you must select Goods and/or Digital Products in the Store, add them to the "Cart" with the appropriate button, and continue the ordering process by selecting appropriate options (method of delivery and payment).
Information about the Goods in the Store, such as descriptions and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code, under the conditions of these Terms.
A prerequisite for placing an order is the completion of all required data necessary for shipment in the order form.
The customer’s approval of the order by clicking the "Buy and Pay" button (or another button with the same meaning) signifies:
The submission of an offer to the Seller to purchase Goods and/or Digital Products in accordance with the options selected in the order and in accordance with these Terms;
Acceptance of the obligation to pay for the Goods and/or Digital Products as well as the shipping costs.
The sales agreement and/or the agreement for the delivery of digital content or digital services (hereinafter "Agreement") is concluded at the moment the Seller accepts the order (acceptance of the customer's offer), which the Seller confirms via an email message.
In the event of the inability to fulfill the order for Goods (in whole or in part), the Seller will inform the customer - the Agreement will not be concluded in this case. The Seller will simultaneously inform the customer about the existing possibilities of another way to fulfill the order, e.g., partial fulfillment of the order or waiting for the replenishment of stock by the Seller. If the order has already been paid for by the customer and cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will promptly refund the payments made by the customer (according to the extent of the order cancellation).
The Seller will provide the customer with confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement on a durable medium no later than at the moment of delivery of the Goods / Digital Product.
The Store is not responsible for the non-delivery of the order or delays in its delivery that result from the customer providing an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or failing to provide other data necessary for the order fulfillment.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend the fulfillment of the order if the customer provided false information or if such information raises reasonable doubts as to its accuracy. In such cases, the Seller (if possible) will attempt to contact the customer to verify the accuracy of the provided data.
Prices and Payment Methods
The prices of the Goods and/or Digital Products are given in euros (EUR) and are gross amounts, i.e., including VAT.
The cost of delivery of Goods is provided separately in the Store's cart, depending on the method of delivery selected by the customer. Digital Products are delivered electronically without additional costs.
Available payment methods are described on the Store's website in the "Payment Methods" tab and are presented to the customer during the ordering process (in the cart).
Online payments in the Store are processed by the payment provider:

Delivery of Goods
Delivery of Goods is carried out via Polish Post:
Except for Goods picked up in person by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled at the moment of sending the shipment to the customer (handing over the shipment to the carrier). The exact actual delivery time of the shipment is set by the carrier.
Goods are shipped by the Seller within 10 working days unless a different timeframe is explicitly stated in the product description during the customer's order. Detailed fulfillment times are provided on the Store's website in the "Order Fulfillment Time" tab.
The Seller usually processes orders within Poland and abroad with costs indicated on the Store's website in the "Delivery Time and Costs" tab.
Delivery of Digital Products
The execution of the Agreement for the delivery of the Digital Product occurs immediately (unless otherwise specified in the Agreement) electronically by sending the customer via the email address provided by them the data that enables access to the purchased Product (download instructions or access data for the appropriate account).
The access time (period) to the Digital Product is lifetime.
The customer is obliged to comply with the copyrights belonging to the Seller and/or another author of the Digital Products provided. Unless otherwise stated by the Seller, the customer is entitled to use the purchased Digital Products solely for personal use and in a manner consistent with their intended purpose as resulting from the Agreement. The customer is not entitled, without the Seller's consent, to any other dissemination of purchased digital content.
The Seller is not obliged to provide updates for the Digital Product unless otherwise stated in its description and/or statements made by the Seller in the Store and available to the customer at the time of purchase.
Withdrawal from the Agreement
A customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur referred to in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act (hereinafter "Privileged Entrepreneur") has the statutory right to withdraw from the sales agreement for the Goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions referred to below.
A customer who is a consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur has the right to withdraw from the Agreement for the delivery of a Digital Product (without providing a reason) within 14 days of its conclusion, unless the following conditions are met:
The Seller has fully performed the service or has begun providing digital content with the customer's explicit and prior consent;
Before the commencement of the service, the customer was informed that after the service is fulfilled, they will lose the right to withdraw from the agreement;
The Seller has provided the customer with confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement on a durable medium along with information about the customer's consent to the delivery of digital content in circumstances that cause the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.
To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send a statement:
In electronic form to the address: deux@meus.hub.pl
In written form to the address: Witków 81, 58-373 Witków, Poland
The Seller will promptly send the customer an email confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
Then, within the subsequent 14 days, the customer should send the returned Goods at their own expense to the postal address Witków 81, 58-373 Witków, Poland.
The Seller will promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the agreement, refund the price of the Goods to the customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods as those used by the customer in the original transaction, unless the customer has explicitly agreed to another solution.
The customer is responsible for the reduction in value of the returned Goods if they used the Goods in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item before submitting the withdrawal declaration.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement
The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply in the case of Agreements for the delivery of Goods:
Non-prefabricated, produced according to the specification of the consumer/Privileged Entrepreneur or serving their individualized needs (personalized goods);
Subject to rapid decay or with a short shelf life (perishable goods);
Delivered in sealed packaging if the customer has opened that packaging and the Goods cannot be returned after opening the packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons (hygienically packaged goods);
Audio, visual recordings, or computer programs supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., CD) in sealed packaging if the packaging was opened after delivery;
Which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other Goods (e.g., construction materials if used);
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements (paper press);
Whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the Seller cannot control, and which may occur before the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement;
Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the sales agreement and which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market, which the Seller cannot control.
Complaints
The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods and Digital Products that are in accordance with the Agreement.
Towards consumers and Privileged Entrepreneurs, the Seller is liable for the conformity of the Goods or Digital Products in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act. For other customers, the Seller is liable under the principles arising from the Civil Code.
Complaints can be submitted:
In electronic form to the address: deux@meus.hub.pl
Or in written form to the address: Witków 81, 58-373 Witków, Poland
The Seller will consider the complaint in the form in which it was submitted (in writing or via email) within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
In case of dissatisfaction with the manner of resolving the complaint by the Seller, the consumer and the Privileged Entrepreneur may (regardless of the ordinary procedure before the common court) also use the out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.
For this purpose, one can:
Contact the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings to amicably resolve the dispute;
Seek assistance from the district (city) consumer rights advocate or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection;
Use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, which serves to resolve disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs online, if the dispute concerns obligations arising from an agreement concluded online.
Apply to a permanent consumer arbitration court requesting the resolution of a dispute arising from a concluded agreement.
Additional information regarding out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims can also be obtained on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
Final Provisions
Polish law applies to Agreements concluded in the Store. The Agreement is concluded in Polish or English.
None of the provisions of the Terms excludes or in any way limits the rights of the consumer (and Privileged Entrepreneur) arising from the provisions of law.
The Seller may amend the Terms at any time, with such amendments applying to orders placed after the publication of the new version of the Terms - the customer will be notified of the amendment to the Terms and the opportunity to refuse the new content.
The Terms are effective from April 29, 2025.
